This is a multifaceted project that can tick most or maybe all of the boxes, related to helping
alleviate our overuse of the world’s resources, those finite resources that we all rely on to maintain reasonable standard of living.
Although this is basically a low-cost business model, we have the underlying potential to create a relatively high level of profits and capital appreciation, as stated in some of our other content.
As an ethical and altruistic development, our low-cost high value business model, with a keep it simple and sustainable ethos, will be potentially recession proof, with all inward investment safe and secure, covered by the underlying asset value of the development land.
As an ecological and environmentally friendly development we are aiming to walk the walk, not just talking the talk, for everyone involved with this project there will many good vibes as well a feel good factor that will lift the spirits and soul.
Below a list of pros and cons, though cons are very minor, the only one really is the flight emission carbon footprint from getting guests to the complex, not much can be done about that except from our overall carbon negativity off set.

Carbon friendly destination for the low impact eco-warrior sector, to holiday in the sun.
Unlimited access to clean unpolluted air, pure fresh water and healthy nutritious home-grown food.
Living in harmony with nature, for a pollution free, stress free, low impact, quality of life.
Residents will be living in a Shangri-La like beautiful river valley with unspoilt views.
Living a life free from health issues, no cancer, no heart problems, no Alzheimer's or other
debilitating disease.
Living in this Blue Zone style location will add many happy and active years to the lives of
residents and guests, low-cost, long term care facilities will also be included in the complex.
