Mainly hemp-lime based construction material which has a negative carbon footprint having
sequestered large amounts of CO2 during its growing cycle, hemp could also be grown on site with no transportation costs.
This carbon store will help offset some of the negative carbon footprint flight emissions of our guests.
Our off grid autonomous status will rely mainly on solar and wind turbine energy, coupled with the latest backup storage solutions.
Unbeatable value for money for long term residents and short stay holidaymaker's.
Our state-of-the-art bio-digester sewage treatment system will recycle all waste back to the land as fertilizer with any gas by product utilised in the greenhouse complex, we also have the potential to utilise vermicomposting for some of the waste treatment.
Our own pristine underground water resources will minimise or negate any pumping and grid costs from the local water company.
All food waste to be composted, no plastic bottles or packaging allowed on site.
Our own organic regenerative / permaculture farm will supply up to 90% of the fruit and vegetables requirements for the hotel with no food transport miles involved.
All inhouse transport for excursions or airport pickup will be hybrid or all electric which will be recharged from our own solar energy station.
No smart meters or 5G microwave radiation hazard facilities allowed on site.
The Hemp constructed accommodation units will have the highest possible indoor air quality, as well as protecting from EMFs.
Hemp construction is earthquake and fireproof as well as having noise reducing properties.
Hemp constructed lodges / apartments will be warm in winter, cool in summer, minimising the need for any or little air conditioning requirements, also no damp, mould or VOCs.
