Looking to the future there is a real possibility for an even healthier long-term bottom-line profit share, however, we don’t want potential shareholder candidates to apply based only on the financial projections, rather thinking and acting in line with the company ethos, making affordable long-term  holiday and residential accommodation available for the less well-off, less fortunate individuals, as part of an altruistic, giving and pay-it-forward mindset.


Some people have questioned this free-living and free accommodation scheme, claiming there is an actual cost element, presumably because of the requirement to invest a fairly large sum into the business, so is it an actual cost? (see the chart on previous page) take for example, if you invest £300k in a building society (a British lending institution) as a safe and secure investment with a current interest rate of around 5%, you think you are getting £15k in interest per year.


However, taking into account inflation your initial investment after a year has probably lost an equivalent sum and is now actually worth only £285k, that was a no-cost type of investment the same as ours, investments like this are not an actual cost, just a temporary transfer of savings.

Just living in this Blue Zone-style community as proposed, means getting directly involved in all aspects of the communal activities, keeping busy and doing good productive work (nothing too onerous) that leaves a feeling of satisfaction and gives one a sense of meaning and purpose, leading to a much healthier and more fulfilled life, one of the positive spin offs is keeping overheads low, which increases the bottom line with higher profits allocated to shareholders.


The intention is not just to create a premium secure residential community, but a much more wide-ranging complex, with many extra facilities like a hair and beauty salon, medical facilities with potential for lab blood test results, GMO and pesticide-free healthy nutritious food, EMF-free location, pure clean air and water, no cooking or food shopping required.


We will be constructing a community centre with a wide range of communal activities, a leisure centre with a large pool complex with His and Hers infra-red sauna rooms adjoining the pool area, games rooms, yoga, pilates and spa treatments, gymnasium, pickleball and padel courts, the open all-day restaurant facilities will be first-class with an extensive range of appetising meals.


An adjoining coffee shop and tapas bar, all items free, our own bakery with a wide range of freshly baked bread, cakes and pastries, homemade ice cream, a wide range of healthy drinks and smoothies, if it’s good for your health, it will be available.


With further advertising currently underway, I would expect to get many more potential participants for the shareholder scheme, advertising going out in the next monthly issue of the International Living magazine and some further high-level exposure as a sponsor with the Freedom Cell Network, showcasing this opportunity to tens of thousands of health-conscious, freedom-minded people.
